The OFYR Cedar Wood Planks PRO bring a gentle smoky flavour to your food while slowing the cooking process by around 50%, giving ingredients more time to cook. They also provide a useful way to keep food warm on the cooking plate before serving.

Designed for use on the OFYR cooking plate only, the planks can be reused when cleaned properly.

Use and care: Do not place the planks on the grill or allow them to come into direct contact with flames. Clean thoroughly after use before storing.
